About Kyano Lab
Practical AI, websites and market research run out of Pissouri, Limassol, Cyprus. Founded and operated by Raymond Clynick — scientist, distiller, builder.
Who I am
I’m Ray Clynick. I hold an MSc in Chemistry (Chemical Biology) and an MSc in Brewing & Distilling from Heriot-Watt University. I’ve spent the last decade running ventures across spirits, beauty, AI healthcare, property intelligence and supply-chain compliance. Kyano Lab is where I put that experience to work for other people’s businesses.
How Kyano Lab works
Most consultancies sell complexity. Kyano Lab sells clarity. Every engagement starts with a scope call. You leave that call with a written proposal — exact metrics, methodology, delivery format, price — before any work or payment begins. If a job is small, it’s priced small. If it’s ambiguous, we name the ambiguity before we bill for it.
Five operating principles govern the work:
- Precision beats speed.
- Credibility compounds — errors persist.
- Narrative must be earned by structure.
- If it cannot survive audit, it is not finished.
- Science is not a feature — it is the backbone.
What sits under Kyano Lab
Kyano Lab is the consulting layer. It funds and ships its own products too — most notably the KyanoLab Development Map (live geospatial intelligence on the Cyprus property pipeline) and Relocate.CY (a one-stop platform for people moving to Cyprus). Client work for ORO Spirits, Lourelle, and SMEs across Cyprus runs alongside.
Where I work
Cyprus first, EU second. Remote-friendly. Delivery in English or Greek. Most engagements run from Pissouri (Limassol district) with occasional travel for scope calls or research field-work.
