KyanoLab Development Map: 1,162 facts, 50 projects, one crawler

The Cyprus property pipeline isn't indexed. We built a continuous scraper, a fact-reconciliation engine and a public-facing map to fix that.

The Cyprus property development pipeline lives in PDFs, half-finished planning portals and developer brochures. None of it is queryable. The KyanoLab Development Map (originally ICY Development Map) was built to consolidate it.

The scraper runs every six hours via systemd timer. As of writing it has indexed 1,162 extracted facts, 149 discovery candidates, 147 source snapshots and 50 active projects — including major launches from The Ring, Prosperity Group and Aristo. PDF extraction is online; the reconciliation engine resolves duplicate facts across sources.

A frontend powered by Mapbox renders the pipeline live for stakeholders. Behind it, an outreach engine drafts and tracks targeted developer emails, only sending them after the missing-field analysis confirms a real information gap.

The intelligence is the moat. Cyprus has an incumbent transaction-layer proptech (Ask Wire); KyanoLab owns the pre-market pipeline layer.
