Kyano Lab in 2026: from consultancy to platform group
Kyano Lab now runs as a holding consultancy with its own product surfaces — the Development Map, Relocate.CY and a growing portfolio of brand work. Here's how the pieces fit together.
When Kyano Lab launched, it was a single-person consulting practice solving SME problems in Cyprus — websites, AI advisory, market research. That work still happens daily.
What's new is the surrounding architecture. The consultancy now runs alongside two in-house product surfaces: the KyanoLab Development Map (live geospatial intelligence on the Cyprus property pipeline) and Relocate.CY (the consumer relocation platform). Both ship live data into the same admin console.
The pattern is deliberate. Consulting funds product development. Product development feeds consulting with proprietary data. Clients hire Kyano Lab in part because the in-house products prove the methodology.
For SME clients in 2026, the offer is unchanged: scoped work, written proposals before any payment, plain-English delivery. What's changed is the depth of the underlying data the lab can draw on.
